We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments — we never store your full card details. Your card is charged at the time your order is placed.

All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. If your payment is declined your order will not be fulfilled.

If you purchase a subscription your card will be automatically charged on your selected billing cycle. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at support@holisticaphrodite.com before your next renewal date.

↩️Refunds & Returns

We offer a 365-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied contact us and we will make it right — no return shipping required. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. One refund per household per product.

⚠️Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We offer a 365-day guarantee and will resolve any issue quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being flagged and future orders being declined. We reserve the right to dispute any fraudulent chargeback with full transaction evidence.

🚚Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier.
